St. Augustine
The classic Florida lawn
The most popular grass for Central Florida yards. St. Augustine has wide, blue-green blades that form a thick, lush carpet with great curb appeal. It handles our heat well and tolerates some shade, making it a reliable all-around choice for most homes.

Zoysia
Soft, dense & low maintenance
A fine-to-medium bladed grass that grows into a dense, soft, carpet-like lawn. Zoysia is slow-growing, so it needs less mowing, and it holds up well to foot traffic and drought once established. A premium look for homeowners who want a manicured yard.

Bahia
Tough & budget-friendly
A rugged, drought-tolerant grass with deep roots that thrives in Florida's sandy soil. Bahia is the economical choice for large, open, sunny areas and rural properties. It has a coarser texture and lighter green color but takes very little upkeep to stay healthy.

Bermuda
Fine, dark green & durable
A fine-textured, dark green grass that forms a dense, durable turf. Bermuda loves full sun and stands up to heavy traffic, which makes it a favorite for active yards. It's drought tolerant and recovers quickly, rewarding a little extra care with a beautiful lawn.
